Why does the formatting problem occur?
This issue occasionally happens depending on the internet browser you are using.
I have noticed it recently with the IE8.

How can I resolve this formatting problem?
To resolve, you simply need to click on the compatibility link button which is located on the top right hand corner of your browser or within the eSim application. Clicking it once, you should not have to do it again as the browser should recognize the compatibility issue the next time and automatically reformat the screen for you.
